Modifying Layer combinations and adding layers

Currently using Archicad 15 teamwork.

I changed a user role from draftsman to lead architect in the BIM server manager thinking that he'll have rights to modify layer combinations and layer changes. And also checked project administrator and server administrator before closing.

I turned off the BIM server and restarted it thinking it will work.

When the user goes back into the Teamwork project, he is still unable to make any changes to the layers and combinations.

Does anyone know how I can give him the rights to make the changes?

Thanks!

Yes. He has reserved all, and he still is not able to create layers and or modify layer combinations.

Don't you need to leave (i.e. sign out of) the project before the new role takes effect? Not sure if he did this or just closed the file and reopened it.

Yes. You need to leave and rejoin.

Thanks all,

Yes, this worked. I thought it would automatically take affect when the colors were changing for the user. This worked!
