One of the user computers can't connect to BIMcloud Basic

Hello,  We are using bimcloud basic for AC27 3001 build. currently we have 3 users in one project an it works perfect for us. We want to add one more user but his pc can't connect to our bimcloud server (as shown in screenshot). We have also tried reverse way, made him share example project from his computer and we were able to join his teamwork project.

It is weird. The fact that we were able to connect his teamwork project means that he has good connection to bimcloud and is able to share project but unfortunately he is not able to join us as his computer gives him error while trying to connect.

to make things more clear: We have same archicad versions with same build - AC27 3001. We are connected to the same wifi. We are using desktop named servers to share projects (not IPv4 addresses) if it makes any difference)

Can the user ping the BIMCloud host name and/or local IP?

Can the user access a network shared folder on the BIMCloud host?

What are the results of Run Network Diagnostic?

i would try also turning off the firewall on your BIMCloud host machine to debug the problem.

Is there anyone who has found a solution for the problem? Since last week I am experiencing exactly the same problem with 1 individual device. The device was able to connect before but suddenly it stopt connecting.

What worked and didn't work from my list of things to try and check?

I've tried (Macbook) multiple things:

Check Archicad on updates
Check device for updates

Uninstall and re-install Archicad + updates

Remove all firewalls and allow all connections

Deleting several TW cache folders

Downloaded BIMcloud desktop without any result

Checked with my previous Windows computer, with this device I'm able to connect

Downloaded the software on other Macbooks, with the same error

For context: other teammates are in fact able to login using both Windows and Mac. Could there be a user/account based error involved?
I've opened another post myself including screenshots.

Many thanks for your support.
