Pending PLN Snapshot every time user Send and Receive?!

Hi All,

I am not sure if anyone has been experiencing this but since the recent update to AC 22 5009 USA, we have noticed that every time a user sends and receives in a teamwork file - the file wants to create a PLN snapshot. This is frustrating because it takes a good 15-20 mins to create one...this normally defaulted to 3 times a day in previous updates and versions.

Can someone point me in the right direction to turn this feature off?

This is a known bug of BIMcloud, which we have already fixed in BIMcloud 2019.2.

Please download the latest update from our website (https://www.graphisoft.com/downloads/bimcloud/) and follow the instructions of the article linked above.

Please let me know if you experience the same issue even after applying the workaround!
