@Lingwisyer, the plan is to enable connection of on-premises Model Server components to a BIMcloud SaaS instance. This would allow for the local management of model data while leveraging the benefits of Graphisoft ID-based user management and cloud licensing.

Can you provide a less technical explanation?  

Would this replace Bimcloud Basic local installations and still allow someone to work with the Teamwork model off-line until an internet connection is re-established?

This sounds a lot like BIMCloud Delta Cache, but...

while leveraging the benefits of Graphisoft ID-based user management and cloud licensing

With this it sounds like you pay for BIMCloud SaaS, but forego the majority of the GS hosted workload to host your own BIMCloud On-Prem. Feels like the worst of both worlds... The speed of On-Prem, with the possibility of being locked out because your permissions could not be able to be verified due to losing your internet connection, while you carry all of the redundancy risk. This would also mean that it does not address the iOS issue.

ie. Still no clarity... as I would hope that this is not the case...
