Redefine Favourite Greyed Out in Teamwork Projects

Hi there,

pretty simple really - 'redefine favourite' is greyed out only in Teamwork Projects. There doesn't appear to be a 'reserve' option when attempting this action per se, so I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do to allow it.

If it makes any difference, I navigate to the favourites by clicking on the settings dialog circled in top left hand corner of screenshot below.

If you open the actual favourites palette, does that allow you to reserve them there?

Sorry I don't use teamwork so can't check.

Users in Teamwork project have Roles. Each Role has a set of Permissions of what it can and cannot do in projects.

There are two Permissions that are related to Favorites:

  • Favorites - Create
  • Favorites - Delete/Modify

I think that the User's Role does not have the Permission to delete/modify Favorites.

The person managing these settings in BIMcloud should check these settings.

If I remember correctly, even if the Role of the User is modified, they will have to leave the Project and Rejoin it before the Permission is updated to the new setting and they will be able to modify Favorites.
