Send email from BIMCloud

Can we use "send email" feature on BIMCloud to send email to other user who doesn't use Archicad nor having Graphisoft ID? And how does it work if it is possible to send email to Archicad non user?

The 'Send email' feature is meant only for users who are on the same BIMcloud. Technically you can create BIMcloud accounts to these people and simply send an email that they receive in their actual mailbox (and not as a Teamwork message), though I never tried myself nor heard about anyone doing this. 

What is not possible is simply adding email addresses to cc or bcc, as this feature is not meant to replace regular emails (you also can't send attachments or screenshots). This is an admin tool to let your colleagues know (if you want them to know) that you plan maintenance on BIMcloud.

Is there no other function besides sending emails about BIMcloud maintenance notifications? For example, if a user wants to send an email to another user regarding something related to the project?

There's no such option in BIMcloud right now.
