Sticky note - how to get it to pop up on screen?

I saw this in a webinar meeting.
How do I get the "sticky" paper note to pop up on the screen when messages are sent to users?

In the Work Environment Dialog, More Options page.
You need to enable the "Show New Message Alert in Teamwork" checkbox.
When it is enabled then messages will appear like that.
Normal messages appear for a few seconds then disappear.
Messages sent with High Priority do not disappear until the receiver clicks them or does some action with them.

Now....do I need to enable this on everyone's MAC or is it a global network setting?
I presume it'll have to be done on each individual MAC station.

Yep, because it is a setting in the Work Environment.
You may export/import the Work Environment if that speeds it up.
