TW files "Deleted" from TW List?

How does a user or a BIM manager physically remove the name of a "Deleted" TW file off the users list of teamwork files?

They seem to be residual information on the users list of project they were joined to...but when I delete a project off the BIM Server...the user still see's in his list that it says "Deleted".

How can the file be "removed" from the users list so he doesn't get confused as to which TW file to join?

It can be deleted from the Local Data Manager at each user's computer. I don't have ArchiCAD open right now but I believe it's located at Teamwork>Projects>Local Data Manager. You will see from the list of projects shown which ones have been deleted from the server. Just select those projects and click on delete or remove.
