We have one user in our office that when he tries to work in a Teamshared file the libraries do not load. He gets an error that he is missing libraries that were never loaded into the file. Every other user in the file does not have any issues. We have uninstalled/re-installed AC on the machine in question. I have removed him as a BIM user and re-added him. None of these fixes the library issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
