Teamwork BIMcloud Libraries size not visible

Hi Everyone!

I have a question regarding BIMcloud libraries.

I noticed that some of my libraries do not show the library size.

I'm the only one on the teamwork that have this issue, everyone else can see the libraries & the sizes, so I assume the issue is on my local machine.

I did try removing local libraries (I did this when no projects are opened except a new project opened with the Archicad default template), and then join the teamwork project again, but the issue persisted.

I am also asking about this because I am not able to see certain library objects, while my colleagues can, so I think the fact that the size is not visible means that somehow Archicad is not able to read these libraries.
However, my colleagues and I have the exact same libraries loaded (because we work on Teamwork).

It would be great if someone can share their insight.
