Teamwork file will not reserve Hotlink Manager

This morning a couple of us hit on a problem with our TW Project where we could not reserve the Hotlink Manager. The only thing we could think to do was save as a PLN, delete the Project from the BIMServer and reshare the Project.

That appeared to work for one person but everybody else can not reserve or update the Modules.

Any idea what else I can do, except give up and get a career in something less stressful?
AC versions 3.41 to 25 (UKI Full 5005).
Using AC25 5005 UKI FULL
Mac OSX 10.15.7 (19G2021) Mac Pro-2013 32gbRam AMD FirePro D500 3072 MB graphics

Hi,

This is a known issue and it is planed to be fixed in the future.
The issue is that in special situations the Hotlink Manager’s reservation can be stuck and after this, nobody can reserve the Hotlink Manager even after a project re-share.

In similar situations the solution is to do a “reserve all + release all” with every joined user. It is possible that it is not necessary with every user, only with the user who reserved the Hotlink Manager the last time.

Thanks for that.

In our case even getting everyone to leave the Project, reshare the Project and then rejoin did not manage to resolve the issue.

We have passed on the details and a copy of the Project to Graphisoft.

I meant do not need to leave the project. If you met the issue again try the following steps:
1. Reserve all with a user
2. Release all with this user
3. Do the 1-2 steps with all joined user in the project
4. And then try to reserve the Hotlink Manager
