Teamwork issue - no project folders

SITUATION:
We work in the office in Archicad 26 Teamwork. One of the PCs is the server, 3-4 people currently connected and working on a project.

 

I cannot make a 5th PC to connect and see any project. He logged in, he ran diagnostic and the server is "accessible".

Hi

have you double checked the user's role. It might be, that his role doesnt allow him to see the projects.

PROBLEM SOLVED.

The new user did not have a role assigned to his account and that's why he couldn't see the folders.

that was it.

 

We don't have a BIM manager and we didn't make any new account since setting up our server. Now i'm learning how these things work, i appreciate the reply
