Teamwork with different Archicad versions?

My colleague uses Archicad version 20. I want to try to use teamwork option and connect our two pcs, but I see that Archicad 22 is the newest version. As a Revit user myself, I have to catch up a bit with new things in Archicad (I used it years before, v16 was my last). I want to know, if I install the newest version, will we be able to connect and work on same projects?

All teamwork members need to be working in the same version.
It could be 20 or 22, but they all need to be the same.
23 is actually the newest version.

They need to all be on the same build too for that teamwork project.
