The Travel Pack is partially editable

I imported the travel pack file and open in offline mode. Some parts of the file is not editable. Any solution!

If I want to edit the file in offline mode. What is the proper way!

When you export a Travel Pack you can edit only what has beeen reserved while you were online, connected to the BIM Server.
So the solution is: reserve everything you need to edit before creating the Travel pack.
