Very Slow Send/Receive

When we first started sharing the project (3 of us) it would take about 5-15 seconds to send/receive. Now all of the sudden it takes 3 plus minutes of wheel spinning! Could this be a glitch or a setting that I accidentally changed? The status bar shows complete then goes away, then I'm left watching the spinning wheel for 3 more minutes. It's very frustrating and slow, anyone know a fix?

We're now also having same problem where it takes at least 3 minutes to do a send/receive.
We've just migrated our Bimserver from one of the AC workstations (4mb, dual core) to a standalone bimserver running 8mb, quad core on Windows 7 (64bit).
Trying to figure out why the send/receive seems slower on the new standalone machine.

I've check to make sure all our machines are running the same build.

I did a search on "slow windows 7 network" and found the following tips on a few sites:
1- remove IPv6 from network properties.
2- clear DNS cache
3- modify link speed and duplex values
4- remove RDC
5- disable autotuning
6- modify link speed of network adapter.

The first two items seems to have made a big difference to speeds in sending and receiving.
