AC29 Datasmith plug-in for Twinmotion

i use AC29 ant Twinmotion 25.2 on both windows and mac computers. The Datasmith Direct Link plug-in works correctly on the windows computer. I cannot get the Datasmith Data Link connection to work on the Mac computer. I can save out the file and an work in Twinmotion by itself, but would rather utilize the sync functionality between the two softwares. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both softwares and plug-in multiple times. I have cleared the cache files. The plug-in loads correctly, appears correct in the Add-on Manger and is activated. Twinmotion is supposed to find the connection source automatically, but never does.  Is anyone else using these softwares and can provide some guidance to resolve the issue.

I recently ran into the same issue, and the fix for me was unchecking this option in the Add-on Manager. Before that, I could load the extension, but it was never actually available -- it just kept showing an exclamation mark.

Unchecking the required folder for add ons did not fix my issue. What worked was to actually go into your privacy and security settings and find the Network setting.  Both Archicad and Twinmotion needed the access to the local network slider turned on. After that they were able to communicate directly with each other.
