Twin motion missing model

I have AC26 and recently looked to export a model to twinmotion using 2022.1.2 and the datasmith direct link. These seems to have linked as I can see the connection status within my AC window, and the direct Link source file within TM. I can see all the layers. What I can see is any actual 3d view.

Hi @Mac_the_arc 

In Twinmotion, select the model in the Scene layers and right-click (...), then select Zoom to selection. Maybe it is lost in the space because of the model scale or it is far away from the origin.
If it does not appear then you can save the Archicad model as a .udatasmith file and import it as geometry into Twinmotion.

Hi, thanks for that and ive tried both your suggestions but still nothing appears.
