ArchiCad 28 - AI visualizer doesn't generate anything it just generates the same thing i have in the window to start with ?

Operating system used: Windows 11 pro

Norbert is currently busy with other tasks, so let me clarify this.

As the article says, the AI Visualizer in Archicad 28 is available for users with Collaborate and Educational licenses. @ad5968 reading your question in the post, it doesn't seem to be a licensing issue because, in such a case, you would get a pop-up message stating that AI Visualizer is not available with your current license.

When you open the AI Visualizer palette, it will first show the contents of the 3D window and you should use the "Generate" button to create an image. Do you receive any error message when generating an image? Could you please share a screenshot of the AI Visualizer palette?

Hello it doesn't bring up errors (like i had in 27) but it doesn't matter what i put in text promt wise or how i twiddle the parameters etc. it just looks the same as what is on the screen when i generate.

Please uncheck the "Upscale image" option (it increases the longer side to 4096 pixels, and the shorter one proportionally to the image size) and check if you can generate an image after that.

Also, uninterrupted access to the following two domains is required for the add-on to function properly:
- visualizer.ai.nemetschek.cloud
- n1c-temp-storage-prod.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com

If you use an antivirus or proxy, please ensure that these are whitelisted.

WOOO HOOOO many thanks Oleksandra!!!!  - that was all it was .. (all - being the key to a 1.5week search!) the Upscale image tick box - dear lord what a palaver!
