Brick Pattern - Creating new brick texture

Anonymous

Hi,
I'm wondering how to create a brick pattern in English Bond (this is alternate courses of stretcher bricks and headers) in a multi-yellow colour.
I believe you can photograph examples and map ??
Does anyone have any advise please ?
Thanks
Rob

Users should also be familiar with Archicad's own Lightworks rendering brick materials.

These aren't obvious.

Accessing the LightWorks Material archive by using the "Load Setting From Archive" button in the Lightworks Material Settings Dialog and selecting the "03 Architectural" option yields a number of parametric brick materials if you burrow down far enough like a library ferret would.

You'll note that these materials can be programmed for color and variability.

Once you've selected a brick mortar type, the dialog box offers a number of configurations.

Boy, this would have been helpful a month and a half ago. Thanks Dwight. I shudder to think how much time you have spent mining in those folders.

That is why a fellow gets "LightWorks in Archicad."
