I am trying to create a simple white translucent material to use with cinerender - but for some reason it renders as reflective even though I have ticked off all reflections (I think)
what am I doing wrong?
AC 19 / iMac 2013 3,2 Ghz 12 GB RAM / OS X El Capitan

You need to change the refraction to 1.0
