Dark Background on Artlantis... what could I be doing wrong?

Hello... It is me again, getting beat by Art.lantis.
I've chosen a clear sky picture for a render, but when i use for the back ground, it seems to get darker. CAn anyone Help?

And this is the render..
To get the brightest sky, I had to set the hour tp 12:30pm, and still darker then the picture. What can I do to have the background as show on the original picture and any hour?

I don't know if there is an adjustment in Art*lantis, but you could always lighten (a copy of) the background image in Photoshop.

I thought about that, but depending on the hour, it can get very dark.

that's because you're using Heliodon light model.....just not the best option.

try to fake light using direct sun light.

Could u post an image, of an exterior, light setting that u use, to simulate Sun light?
