Error in shadows of a custom door leaf

Sorry, english it's not my first language but i'll do my best to explain what's happening.

I created a custom door leaf and when rendering the shadow does not apear as it should. I think it's pretty obvious in the image.

I'm not sure if it's has to do with the way I created the door leaf, or it's about something else.

I'm using ArchiCAD 18 + CineRender by MAXON
