I am not able to develop nice exterior renders. I am happy with the interior renders I can make. Can you share your settings or tips to have a nice exterior render. Advantages or disadvantages of physical cameras...

I have placed the camera, in 3 position. And as you said I did the Fit in window,  Only model is there, nothing in foreground to show the shadow

Check your azimuth and altitude settings for the sun then, maybe.

Beyond that I have no ideas, sorry.

Sun azimuth is 231.47 deg, and sun altitude is 10 deg

Your sun altitude is very low, that is what is casting the long shadows. It is basically close to sunrise or sunset and if your terrain has any relief to it, you will get those long shadows.

The azimuth of the sun in relation to that of the camera determines if the sun is behind your camera or if you are likely to see part of your building in shadow.

It is all a matter of taste and preferred method of presentation, but I generally have my sun azimuth at 45, 135, 225 or 315 degrees so I have both facades that face the camera in sunlight (regardless of real life situation) and the altitude at 55 degrees for relatively short shadows.
