Graphisoft refusing to work with Maxwell Render?

Maxwell rep says he's been trying to get Graphisoft to update a bug that's breaking Mawell Renders in AC18 for the last 6 months. Is this true?

If Graphisoft is really that un-communicative and obstinate with plugin devs we'll be considering switching to a new software package in our next upgrade cycle.

I am in the same boat ... Been using ArchiCAD for 10 years, Maxwell for nearly 5. Very disappointed this this is still dragging on. I have AC18 all booted up ready to go here, but I am still having to use AC17 as I render in Maxwell. Some updates from Graphisoft on how the issue is progressing would be very much appreciated.

Hi all! This issue has been corrected and is part of our next update for ArchiCAD 18 that is to be expected shortly! If any questions remain, let us know!

Maxwell have just released the v3.1.0 update and I still cannot use it with Archicad 18. I hope Graphisoft will release a fix soon!

Katalin Borszeki from GS Tech Support states earlier in this thread that the fix will be in the next AC 18 update.
