How To Render Fluorescent Light in Cabinet

I would like to make a displaying cabinet whose top is equiped with fluorescent light. In order to make the light more even. one Acrylics is placeed below the light. The shelves of the displaying cabinet are glass.

How could I make this cabinet in ArchiCAD? Could Archicad render this? If not, how to render in other softwares such as Artlantis?
