Create new materials one for each color you need.
Start by copying one of the glass materials :
Options> Element Attributes > Materials
Adjust the color, transparency etc.

You can create as many colors with variations of attributes that you need.

Of course, in the eternally disappointing LightWorks, they will not cast colored shadows. You need the Internal Engine for that.

Check this from 2006.
I'm not sure if it works in the later archicad versions.

Seems you might need Mike to write a new page in your book.
Are you sure you didn't get this around the wrong way?
I get nothing with the Internal Engine but good results with Lightworks.

Also check this from Andy Thomson in 2007. It has colored glass materials you can download.

from Andy
"I've since made a bunch of improvements - you can fine tune to get exactly what you are after, most of the coloured glass casts coloured shadows now too, look for the 'Translucent White' or Milky White plastics.

Just 'append' the .AAT to your file using attribute manager.
