I think the model looks very good, but the lighting is a little flat. It looks as though the entire model has a general ambient light with a couple of downlights, which does not provide any kind of shadow or and warmth from sunlight.

I agree with Tom. Read Dwights book for great Sun and Sky light settings which will bring this to life.

Great model, although I think the scale of some of your material textures is a bit out (brick looks small, stone looks huge).

Keep it up.

but before you start the rendering, have a think about the camera angles and the content of the shots. my eye was drawn to a television aerial in one of them . . . is what you want your client to see?

Ben makes a good point about view location.

These are all airborne parallel views that do not at all resemble reality. You should consider a perspective view from a real life vantage point such as the driveway or near the entry.
