It's version 6.0, which includes the flexible interface and parametric objects (you can adjust settings at all times) but it lacks radiosity and the SLA-shaders. These last two are the things that architects would miss most in this version.
That said, this is a pretty complete package. I have this version and there is not that much you can't do with it. It has a complete modelling and animation toolset, which is nice to combine with ArchiCAD.
