Light box

How can I make an image look as though it is back lit with lightworks. I create a material using a jpg as texture and apply it to e.g. a wall. I've tried no end of messing with the reflectance and transparency, but can't get it to look right. Any ideas.

If you are working with LightWorks, you'll need the fantastic "LightWorks in Archicad" book available from me directly.

The answer to your specific question is:

1: Create the image as a material.
2: Make the material have "Constant" reflectance.
3: Adjust the image in Photoshop to be lighter - simulating overexposure.

Study the "Align 3D texture" command to precisely position your image on a panel.
