Material no show

I have a floor tile material that I created from a .jpg in the usual way in the materials dialogue box. I applied it to a floor slab. It shows up fine in the 3D window, but does not appear in the photorendering.

Any clues as to why?

I have compared settings with materials that do show up; no difference.

The part is in an active library.

You didn't say what rendering engine you used.... the symptoms suggest that you used LightWorks?

Render with the Internal Engine and what do you see? Looks OK, right?

If you create a new material "in the usual way" (presumably meaning "the old way"?), then you are creating an Internal Engine material ("Create Preview With" mode)... and one that will also show up in the OpenGL 3D window. In order for that material to show up as defined in LightWorks, you must switch to the Lightworks mode of the Material settings dialog and click on the "Match with Internal Engine" button. This will transfer the image reference and size over, along with other params. (You may well want to tweak other params to better take advantage of LW.)
