I assumed when they released their update weeks before AC16 they (Nextlimit) would have had the AC16 Add-on ready to go. Now I'm in a pickle with my materials.

There is a 2.7.1 patch now for ArchiCAD 15. Still no add-on for 16 ?

I know the solution. GS integrates a 'game changing,' industry leading rendering package that boggles minds. Maybe a little VRAY'ish or better and faster....

Technical numpty needs help!

I've just got around to upgrading to 2.7 from 2.6 this morning. AC15 opens fine, I see all the new maxwell windows, but when I go to render in maxwell, or preview a material in maxwell, AC crashes instantly.

Where have I gone wrong? Keep it simple, and don't be afraid of assuming I am stupid I'm guessing I've made a ball up in the installation somewhere ... Need to render stuff out today so keen to fix asap ...

Personally I prefer Cinema 4d with Vray. I have been having problems understanding the how to light in Maxwell well, and efficiently. In C4D it is much more logical in how you place lights, and the type of lights. Maybe it's just my inability to fully grasp the technology at this point.

Well, I got a fixed file maxwell.bundle file from Maxwell, and now AC15 doesn't crash, but Maxwell render still wont open from AC? I can open Maxwell fine on its own. Where have I gone wrong?? I am still trying to get my head around the new render windows for Maxwell 2.7.1 in AC, is this something I am doing wrong there, or is there another reason AC and Maxwell are not talking to each other?

Wait for this add-on also, I think it is too long between release of new AC version and maxwell plugin update. Plugin is made by Next Limit - they started after official AC release not during beta testing.
