Photo Renderings don't save an alpha channel

Am I right in saying that when you generate a photo rendering in AC 9 that there isn't an option to save the background as an aplha channel?

This is something Strata 3d CX does which saves a bit of time when montaging into a site photo and I suspect I'm trying to endow AC 9 with abilities it doesn't have as a result of using Strata quite a bit

Hmm. I think you may have come across a bug.

There is a check mark for both the Internal and LW engines to use alpha channel for transparency for the background image.

But: with the internal engine in 9.0, if I check this box, then my model is not rendered ... I only get the background (and no alpha).

With LW, and this box checked, the result is the same as if the box is unchecked.

Anyone?

Same with AC 8.1.
Try AC 6.5 - it worked then...
