Physical camera interior renderings

I know that physical camera is not very popular. I prefer to use it because I can control the parameters of exposure, speed, f, .
Does any one use for interiors and want to share the settings.

My best results until know are with f=8, iso 200 and Speed 1/30. I want to improve the accurancy and the deep of field. I know that 1/30 is not good for accurancy and that 8 is quite low for a great deep of field.
What is your experience?

Maybe try ISO 400 for interior? Allowing you to change the other two parameters.

For quick renders with litte setup, I sometimes put a general light behind the camera, to mimick studio lighting a photographer would bring to light up scenes.
