Interior Render Black

I'm trying to generate an interior render using Cineware motor. I put general interior lights in each room inside my project and when I press button of visualization render the result is that objects are bright and colored by the interior lights however walls, floor and ceiling is almost black (no color)

Is there anyone who could please help me to solve this problem?

What type of lights did you add? Does your light shine in all directions? Does your light calculation include bounces?

Hey Lingwisyer. Thanks for messaging me.

I added General Lights which are shining inn all directions. And also they include bounces.

Have you check the material? Remember, Cinerender has an independant set of settings to the standard AC materials.

Oh I didn't check the material. Even I didn't know that there is a different set of settings for Cinerender. I'm a novice in Archicad and this is my first project. Sorry for my lack of knowledge. Is there any tutorial or guide to do this? Thanks a lot for your message. I really appreciate it
