You guys! It is on my book on page 67.
Using the Light Cone Down and NOT the obsolete Spotlight,
Switch "LightCone in Rendering" to "ON."
Make sure background is dark since the effect is subtle.
If not strong enough for you, place nearly invisible cones into the scene to represent the light beams.
