I only have a three months experience with archicad and interface design , so please do not laugh. How do I make the circular disk street light at the EAST of the building emit intense ray of light ?

It helps to make a useful suggestion if we know what version of ArchiCAD you are using.

Depending on what library you have installed there are several street lights that can be configured to emit light.
