Seam in materials

How do I keep from getting seams in the materials - see picture: It looks like one of the image maps must be upside down.

It looks like the texture mapping flipped direction.

Solution 1: Make it one wall, not two.
Solution 2: Create a new material from the existing one with a rotation of 180 degrees.

Also:
is it possibile the mapping flips in the material? This erroneous setting can be located in the texture dialog in the internal engine material dialog.
