I can't recall if it is directly possible, Dave. But, there is an easy solution that I posted a few years ago -
Piranesi has the option to import any image to replace the RGB channel of the open epx file - the material and depth channels remaining untouched.
So, all you have to do is set save your epx file from the internal or LW engine, then change only the rendering engine to sketch (keep exactly the same camera position and pixel dims), render to sketch and save the image.
Open the epx in Piranesi, then import your sketch image. Save. You now have a sketch epx file.
(Depending on your artistic goals, it can be useful to overlay the sketch render with a LW render in Photoshop first and use THAT image as the new RGB to work with in Piranesi ... or to work in Piranesi and then do the Sketch overlay on the result.)
