Top view in perspective?

Is it possible to set top view in perspective, so that the viewpoint and the target are in the same vertical position (camera settings: distance field = 0)?

No. Not perfectly vertical:

The closest is:

Camera Z = 50
Target Z = 0

Distance = 13/32"

This gets you looking at your feet if you can see over your belly.
I put Archicad's hairy belly object in views like this to add realism.
