VR engine / where it is?

Hello
Trying to generate a VR object I get a message saying: 'To create VR documents, place the VR Engine into the Add-Ons folder.'

Looking at my Add-Ons foldet I see a subfolder calles Visualization and in it there are 4 VR-Engines.

So, as the VR-Engines are there I am not sure what more should be done in respect of this?
any help?
thanks in advance

If this is AC13, check this article:

it is AC12 and I see in the Add-on manager that all Add-ons are all checked. Nevertheless, the rendering engines are checked in a different way, only the check marks are visible but not in a check box as the rest of them. Does this ring any bell?

Yes, it should be in the Visualization folder of the Add-On folder.
Here is how mine looks like.
But I see only one QuickTime VR 2.0 engine.

In my Add-On Manager, I see QTVR 2.0 Engine, checkbox cannot be unchecked, but I think that's fine. That is the only VR Engine for me.

Could you give me an idea, why the "QuickTime VR 2.0 Engine.rvx" is missing in my AddOns folder (AC 13)

Thanks. I give it a try, but I installed Quicktime a few days ago downloaded from Apple website.

It's because Quicktime VR has been discontinued due to lack of support for it on Windows. You can download the add-on if you have the 32-bit version of ArchiCAD from here:
http://www.graphisoft.com/support/archicad/downloads/ac13/QTVR.html
but it's not officially supported any longer.
