Want Transparency off in Internal engine Hidden line View

What is the process to get the Transparency turned off for an Internal Engine Hidden Line View?

And once it is set, select the View in the Navigator, open the View Settings dialog box, in the 3D tab check the "Redefine Image Settings with current" to save this setting as part of the View.

I had done that.
It took Opening and Closing View for it to "stick" for me.
Simple but elusive
