hardware requierements redshift

Hi, I work with the spanish version og AC25, build 4006, and when I try to start the reshift engine, it says "su configuracion de hardware no es compatible con redshift de maxon " ("your hardware configuration is not compatible with redshift"). But I have a Geforce RTX 5060 TI, 16 GB, ventus 2x, with the latest studio driver and the CPU is a AMD Ryzon 9 3900X, so this is definatelly not outdated.
Could the GPU be too new? Thanks for any tips!

I think you have found the answer in this other post...

You need to have a current service agreements as well as the correct hardware.

HI @Barry Kelly ,

Unfortunately not, as I already wrote in the other post, these are the hardware requirements of the latest version of Redshift, but the one in Archicad is outdated(I think nothing change since the release of AC25 update), anyway comparing with the official spec of my card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database,it should work without problem( and as for me also for the RTX 5060 of @riobravo that belong to the same family)

You say you are using version 25.

Do you have an active select agreement (SSA)?

If you do not, then I don't think Redshift will be available, no matter what hardware you have.

Have a look at 'License Information' in the HELP menu.

Hi @Barry Kelly, I switched to Archicad Collaborate from SSA(Archiclub in Italy), anyway I'm quite sure that this is not a license problem, because RedShift works well on my laptop that has an NVIDIA RTX 3070 Graphic Card,

 As said in the other tread, there should be an honest statement by GS, I've also tried to ask to GS Italy, but they has no solution(Their response was very annoying, frankly speaking, saying that the feature is a preview so it's not guaranteed to work for everyone🤣🤣)

@strangeday

Sorry I thought you were the original poster using version 25.

I didn't realise you were someone else. 😮

If you say it is working on your laptop but not on your other machine (with a more powerful card?), I am not sure.

Your signature says it is a 'gaming' card.

I wonder if it could be a driver issue?

Your best course of action would be to contact your local Archicad support and ask them the question.
