its hard to make a good configuration of the materials,
this is the better render that i`ve been able to do.... but it needs your comments....
Can any body tell me the best way to make a night render?

For the best night renders there should always be some light in the sky to define the building form.
Use a really dark sky background.
You have several choices to fill the building with light depending on how you want the building to look:
Use a skyobject to add blueness to the scene.
Use a sun as if it were a full moon to cast shadows.
