Download the *.lwa (lightworks archive) files ... and place them into the following folder alongside the standard ArchiCAD LW archives:
[XP path]:
Program Files\Graphisoft\ArchiCAD 9\Add-Ons\Visualization\smdata
After that (no reload of libraries or anything required), click the buttons as shown in the Materials dialog screenshot below.

Take a look at this thread -- has links to various sites with free textures.
There are also some for free at gdlcentral.com ... some are pretty good, some pretty bad. These are the same that were distributed with the 7.0 "20th Anniversary" bonus CD. After logging on (free), click on 'Building Textures" in the Product Catalog on the left. Grab both the Objects and Textures files ... you're sure to find useful things in each. If your siding will not be seen close-up in any image, then some of the siding there may work... otherwise, follow the links to the various other sites in the thread above.

That post belongs in the Tips section... and is just a taste of what is contained in Dwight's excellent (and inexpensive!) book, Illustration in ArchiCAD. With his recent LW posts as temptation, I'm looking forward to his new book on LW too!

I downloaded the archive files and placed them in the Visualization folder and it works. Thanks. How do you use the "InteriorLightsStudios.lwa" and the "NewYork.Iwa". Could anyone explain the HDRI(light probe) function of Lightworks. Is it available for Archicad?
