I now have a second computer. I'd like to set it up as a render station if possible. Let that one chug away at the renders while I work on renfining the model and lighting.
Is there a way that I can use my second computer to render? Would I need another key? Can I use Artlantis to render on a second computer?

Try opening two ArchiCAD programs at the same time. All it takes is a click to save your plan with a new name and let it render while you go back to working on your master plan. I typically have 2 or 3 ArchiCAD programs open that I copy and paste things from along with Art*Lantis and sometimes ADT 3.3.

THEN make a copy of the whole folder, and with the rendering parameters set as they should be. resave all the views.
When you get all of the settings just right for the final rendering, use a screen capture to make a .jpg of your screen and save it with your drawing. This is more important for sketch rendering becasue there are so many settings and the settings are very sensitive.

Sketch Rendering is not an option in Open GL mode. Thats why I recomended the screen capture.
