Ability to rotate Column Segments

It would be great to have the functionality to rotate Column segments.
Below is a rare example of how it could be used, but there are no doubt tonnes of other applications.

It would be helpful if this also delivered the ability to rotate the beam end cuts so we could have a perpendicular cut at one end and a mitre abutment cut at the other.
