Ability to rotate Column Segments

It would be great to have the functionality to rotate Column segments.
Below is a rare example of how it could be used, but there are no doubt tonnes of other applications.

It would be helpful if this also delivered the ability to rotate the beam end cuts so we could have a perpendicular cut at one end and a mitre abutment cut at the other.

Would be great if, in addition to the rotation, we would offset those same segments relative to the reference axis of the column for increased design flexibility.

I've moved this to 'on hold' for now, as we distill the technical possibilities. We're aware of the request to rotate end cuts, especially for Beams, so we'd need to consider join rotation within that context.
