I have no idea how Artlantis does this, but have you tried the 'Align View' option in Archicad.
I am not saying it works well or not, just wanted to make sure you are aware of it.

thanks for the reply....

yes I tried the Align view , but in Artlantis you do not need any information about heights or something ...

in Artlantis you need only tho align x/y axis on the photo and it calculates automatically the perspective
