In all fairness its all on Blender's side to make a move in this direction. Archicad has plenty of file formats to offer for a direct link, while Blender has no way to direct link it's scenes to any other design software. Having that said, Blender is quite capable and I'd be very glad to see a live link.
It would be really nice to be able to export easily in Blender. However, with a Datasmith file, you can use Unreal... even if it is more complex and then it is always Epic Games that makes the plugin for Archicad and in fact, there isn't one yet for Archicad 28. For me, even supporting the cost of C4D is not feasible and that's why I learned Unreal and I'm also using Blender... and I hope sooner or later those at Graphisoft will implement rendering and make it simple within Archicad.
