Pop up dialogues open in front of main window

I think it is safe to say many of us use one or more external monitors for CAD work. Often when working on one screen, a pop-up dialogue (selection settings, palettes, etc.) will open way over on another screen. Wouldn't it be great.... (now stick with me) ...if the pop-ups opened on the same screen as the main window? Anyone else?

They do if that is where you move them.

If you drag them to the second screen, they will open on the second screen next time.

If you drag them back to the main screen, they will open on the main screen next time.

If you move the palettes, you will have to update your Work Environment as well, as that stores the palette positions for the next tome you invoke that Work Environment.

Is this not what you are experiencing?
