Shell - Create Extrusion in Section

Currently it is possible to edit the extrusion profile in sections(and elevations) giving a good view of the profile in relation to the rest of the model. It is however not possible to create a new extrusion in sections which often, unless we happen to already have a shell to copy, means having to leaving the section/elevation to create it in 3D (find a relevant view, define the profile plane, draw an approximate profile and extrude) just to get back to the section and edit. 

It should be possible to create new shell extrusion directly in sections similar to how it is in plans.
